Armstrong Medical Ltd employees complete their first Injection Moulding Course.

Armstrong Medical Ltd, a manufacturer and supplier of high quality, innovative products for anaesthesia and critical care, gave employees the opportunity to undertake a course by Sumitomo Demag on Injection Moulding and NC5 Control Systems.

Donna McFadden, Operations Director was joined on the course by members of staff from the company’s Plastics, AMSORB® PLUS and Precision Engineering departments.

Nick Smith, a plastics industry expert, led the course at Armstrong Medical Ltd’s premises at Wattstown Business Park in Coleraine. Due to the success of the course Armstrong Medical Ltd have planned a second course in the New Year, on process optimising and troubleshooting.

Donna McFadden, Operations Director at Armstrong Medical Ltd stated:

The hands-on course gave employees an overview of the fundamentals and processing procedures of injection moulding technology.
