At Armstrong Medical Ltd, it is of great importance for our staff to be given help to develop and provide them with a rewarding working life.

By providing training and development programmes, on-the-job learning, coaching and feedback, we try to ensure that everyone who works with us has the resources they need to learn more and build their careers.

Recently four staff members completed an IT User Course under the Apprenticeship NI Scheme through Rutledge. Claire Hyndman, Cleanroom Supervisor at Armstrong Medical Ltd who completed the IT User Course explained:

Completing this course has provided me with a better understanding of IT programmes and systems. This has given me greater confidence to complete tasks that I would have considered daunting in the past.
