During December and the holiday season, we experience a higher demand in combination with potentially longer shipping times.

Information for our Export Customers
Armstrong Medical Export facilities will close for the Christmas and New Year period from 17.00pm on Friday 18th December 2020 and re-open on Monday 4th January 2021 at 09.00am.
During this time, there will be no office cover, production or despatch facilities available. Due to the current COVID-19 situation we expect an increased demand this year. Please check your stock levels now and place orders early.
We anticipate that all orders received on or before Friday 6th November 2020 will be confirmed for despatch before the Christmas Holidays. Orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed for a pre-Christmas despatch.
Kindly note that export carriers always operate with limited sailing and flight times over the holiday period and in recent months we have also noticed freight carriers are quoting longer transit times and some increases in cost due to restrictions, which can lead to reduced flights and sailings.
Information for our UK and Ireland customers
Armstrong Medical will:
- close for Christmas on the afternoon of Tuesday 24th and re-open on Tuesday 29th December
- close again for the New Year’s Day holiday on Friday 1st January
Normal opening hours will resume on Monday 4th January.
We kindly ask our customers from UK and Ireland to place all orders by Friday 4th December to leave enough time for production and delivery prior to the Christmas holidays. We will endeavour to process orders placed after this date as quickly as possible. The final despatch date for pre-Christmas express delivery is Monday 21st December.
We would appreciate if all Christmas orders would be placed as early as possible.
