Armstrong Medical are the proud sponsors of the Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) ‘Neonatal Team of the Year Award 2022’, which will be presented at the NNA Conference 3rd March 2022. The new award will see the winning team receive £1000 to improve the neonatal experience for staff, babies, or families within their unit.
Head of Clinical at Armstrong Medical, Victoria Cook, explains: “We are delighted to partner with the NNA on their awards this year. Now more than ever, we need to give recognition to our healthcare sector and celebrate teams that go above and beyond expectations. Working closely with Neonatal Units across the world, we understand the challenges and pressures they face, so it is very fitting that we support this sector through initiatives like this. There is an incredible amount of inspirational work taking place to support babies and their families so let’s get the nominations in before the closing date of 11th February.”
Róisín McKeon-Carter, Chairperson of the NNA, said: “To have Armstrong Medical, a UK-based manufacturer of neonatal products, sponsor our NNA Neonatal Team of the Year Award is great news. It provides the company with the opportunity to join with the NNA in praising the fantastic work of neonatal teams across the UK. We look forward to announcing the winners at the virtual NNA Conference.”
Nominations close 11th February 2022 and the winners will be announced as part of the formal proceedings at the virtual NNA Conference (3rd March 2022).
