Business as Usual

It is approximately eight weeks since a ferocious fire gripped Armstrong Medical and operations at the company are steadily returning to what they once were before the disaster took place.

Clean room production and assembly have been in operation since late May with staffing levels seeing an increase since the fire. Thankfully, customer demand has been relentless and a double shift has been introduced in an effort to clear back order. Virtually all the clean room product range is available once again including heated ventilator circuits, CPAP systems and associated accessories including the ULTRA APL valve.

AMSORB PLUS was largely unaffected by the fire and production has continued without interruption. Having cleared back order we are now in the process of building stock of the CAN-CAN absorber cartridge for pending orders.

The recently constructed warehouse is now stocked with supplies of raw materials and customer orders are being turned around in record time considering the dire straits which the company faced only weeks ago. In an effort to meet requirements for space and production capacity additional warehousing is being sourced.

The site of the burnt out buildings has now been cleared and construction of new office space has already commenced which undoubtedly will contribute further to returning to business as usual.
