"I was recently a patient in Nevill Hall hospital in Abergavenny and was given one of your Hans Rudolph 6700 V2 Face Masks to use.
This, I must say is an excellent product as it is so comfortable to wear even for long periods of time."
Michael Fielding, Online Shop Customer
"I have worked with Armstrong Medical for a number of years and found they are a very professional organisation, with high quality goods.
They are one of the most efficient companies we deal with, it is so good to have a bespoke circuit made for our needs.
Nothing is too much trouble for the whole company."

"Whenever Armstrong Medical is asked to produce packs of consumables on a small scale, they are only too willing to oblige. They listen to our ideas and if necessary they will produce bespoke equipment. Our representative is efficient and friendly and will try his utmost to help. It is refreshing dealing with a company that cares about the customer."

CEGA Air Ambulance have over 35 years of critical care experience and are leading the way in patient flight care. As a leader in the market, CEGA Air Ambulance only ever use the very latest aero-medical equipment available and after many extensive trials, chose Armstrong Medical's NIV masks (V2™ Range).
"A recent critical care air ambulance repatriation from Tenerife involved a young motor neuron sufferer recovering from pneumonia. The patient was failing to effectively breathe after a period of mechanical ventilation and needed to return to the UK for specialist treatment. The hospital in Tenerife had tried varying masks, which had all failed to gain patient compliance. The highly skilled air ambulance doctors and nurses at CEGA tried the Armstrong Medical mask with success and quickly gained patient ventilation and compliance due to design. This prevented re-intubation and safe repatriation to the UK so the patient could gain care in his specialist NHS hospital stay."
Stuart Cox, Senior Flight Nurse, CEGA Air Ambulance
"The service from 'Armstrong' can be summarised as being excellent. For many years we have used CPAP that required assembling the circuit with separate component parts and disposing of other pieces. The individualised service from our representative has allowed us to design a bespoke CPAP system that requires minimal assembly, no wastage and more efficient delivery of patient care. This exercise has not only saved us money but more importantly, valuable nursing time. The aftercare has been fantastic, with in house training, design of display posters, evaluation forms and regular personal contact to ensure the products are meeting our needs. Early evaluation of the products did demonstrate that some modifications were required, these were rectified quickly with a phone call. I would highly recommend the company, their customer care is second to none and their products have met the needs of our patients perfectly."
